Are you logged in with your primary email from where you’re trying to add the alternate email? If all fails please raise a ticket here.

If you’re not receiving the verification email that means there’s a possibility your organization’s firewall might be blocking it. If not then raise a ticket via the link stated above.

If the verification email is supposed to come to your personal email id then there’s no firewalls involved which will stop it as such.
