Pega CSA certificate didn't receive

I passed pega CSA certification exam but still i didn’t receive certificate. it’s been 2 weeks

Pearson VUE account email addess has to be listed on your Pega account ?

The email ID for your Pearson VUE account has to be listed on your Pega account - either as the primary or alternate email address.

If they are not both the same, please update mail id in Pega(primary or secondary) whatever you have used in your Pearson Vue account.

@Bhumireddy email address is same on both accounts even I have mailed to them, but I didn’t get reply from Pega team
