CSA 8.7 Certification not received

I have Raised a request for CSA 8.7 certification ,but still I didn’t get my certification .So can You please update my certification.

Please look into this issue, Certification not yet reflect into her account and She used in both accounts same mail ID I.e. Pearson VUE and Pega.com

She has completed the PCSA Exam in 10th November 2022, But still not showing the certificate in her account.

There are no records in Pearson VUE associated with the email address on your Pega account.

Hi @Bhumireddy Sorry, I thought that I have used the same Email ID on the both Accounts., i.e Pearson VUE and Pega.com
