I want to bring those certification under my new profile: [email protected]. Can you please help sharing this procedure?
I can’t use my last corporate profile with [email protected]! Now I can’t login with this profile.

Please check out your User Settings page. At the bottom is where you can start the merge request.
Here are the steps to locate the URL for the Future:
- The URL for User Settings is located in the dropdown menu in the upper right > Hello “Your Name”
- Hover over that menu
- Select My Account Settings

I went through the same process few months back.
All you need to do is create a new PDN account with your current work email ID. Drop a mail to [email protected] and mention them to merge your previous PDN account with the new one that you have created. It would be done within a day.

@MarissaRogers - I followed this; however, the last emailid has been rejected to get recognized. Strange is that I have that account since 2004 with pdn, but now this is not recognized any more. I thought there is some new steps introduced which I am not aware of recently. Thank you!

Just a little note: The PDN no longer exists, it is the Pega Community now. 
@MarissaRogers - I had the community id, too! both are not working. So no worries (it’s still called migration-pdn-profile-new-account); issue remained same whatever entity it is linked to for professional community.
