Request to move Pega certifications from old account to new account

My previous pega account [email protected] is not active since Iam out of project with the employer. so I created new account with [email protected] . I didn’t see my pega certifications under this new account. Since iam unable to access previous account, I can’t recover or merge previous account. Please help me by moving my pega certifications to this new account [email protected]
