This is my 2nd request. 1st request REG-18

I am trying to merge my existing Pega Account ( [email protected]) to my new account ([email protected]). I am requesting that ALL my previous Pega training to be merged to my new email account.

I have attempted to use the Pega GenAi Athena & the Self service merge wizard & can not merge through these 2 options.

These are very important to me as I move on from Pega (being RIFF) to new career opportunities
