Request for Assistance in Retrieving Pega Certification Account

I have completed my certification CSA (May-2010) and CSSA(Oct-2011) when I was working with A company, I have left the company A and forgot to set a recovery email ID. Please let me know how I can retrieve everything to Company-B email ID.

All pega suggested ways I tried didn’t find success. Even sent an email there is no resolution.
