I have used my company mail id to take my certification exam and now i don’t have access to that mail as i have left the company. I forgot to switch the mail is but i have used my personal mail as alternative mail id. Now i wanted to take another certification exam but unable to get my Pega ID. I have tried to contact pearson Vue support as well but they are asking for my Pega Id to recover my account. I have tried contacting peg support but it didn’t work. I would really appreciate any help on this.

Login with your personal email ID in Pega that you have used as alternate. Then goto your profile>settings and add your new official email and verify. Make the new email as primary after verification and then your profile should get updated.
If the above steps don’t work, then create a new Pega account with your new official ID and use the merge wizard here to merge the old ID with the new.
@SohamM95 Thanks for the info! I have already did that and I can see the certifications as well but i couldn’t find my PEGA ID anywhere in my profile.
Can you please help me where i can find that?
I need to recover my Pearson Vue account in order to take another certification but i’m facing the same issue with my email.
I have contacted them and they are requesting for my PEGA ID to recover the account.
Please login to your Pearson account. Click on your profile pic which is there on the left side. There you can see the Pega ID or else if you have taken any certifications then in the score card you can find the pega id which starts with PEG.
If you can’t do that then use the recovery option to proceed further:
