I need to find my pega ID but have misplaced my last certification scorecard. I am not being able to login to pearsonvue as well as it is associated with a different email ID (my last organization’s email ID). How can I retrieve my ID or my previous scorecard?

Please go through the below information,

Contact Pega Support: You can contact Pega Support and provide them with the necessary information such as your full name, email address, and any other details you may have about your Pega certification. They may be able to retrieve your Pega ID or provide you with a copy of your previous scorecard.

Check your email: If you have previously received an email from Pega containing your certification scorecard or Pega ID, you can search for it in your email account.

Check with your previous organization: If you have associated your certification with your previous organization’s email ID, you can contact them and request access to your Pega certification account. Once you have access, you can update your email ID and retrieve your Pega ID or previous scorecard.

Check with Pearson VUE: If you have taken your Pega certification exam through Pearson VUE, you can contact their customer support and provide them with the necessary information to retrieve your Pega ID or previous scorecard.
It’s important to note that you may be required to provide proof of identity before Pega or Pearson VUE can provide you with any sensitive information.
