Issue with Certification

Hi ,

I had registered Pega Academy with company email id , and now i dont access to my company email address as i left from there and alternate email i gave at the time , i really dont remember that email ,I have my certifications and everthing with that account ,Can anyone help how can i retrieve my account .

There is one more issue as well , My new company in United states is verifying my certifications through Verify Pega Certification page , but when they trying to verify with my primary email address and my legal name ,My certification details are not popping up, Its showing “No Records Found” , right now i am in a place where even though i completed my Certifications , i am in a position to prove them.

I also contacted Pega support , they simply replying we cant do anything on that !!

It will take 5 to 10 working days to sync these accounts and certificate details.
