I need to download it. where it is available.

Choose ‘Continue Request’ on section ‘Download and Upgrade Your Licensed Software.’ to Request shipments and upgrades of products already licensed by your company.
Can you clarify what you mean with ‘previous version Pega 8.6’?
We recommend you always install the latest Patch, which for 8.6 is currently 8.6.3
