How to download old patch 8.7.6 for customer

When creating an account or changing a password in customer Pega platform 8.7.2 commercial environment.
An error has occurred regarding the business calendar and unable to create an account or change my password.

I looked into it and it seems that the issue has been fixed in 8.7.4, so I would like to download 8.7.6, the latest patch for 8.7, but I couldn’t see it from My Pega, so please let me know the download link.

According to https://support.pega.com/discussion/pega-876-patch-release-available, it should be available in your MSP. If not, please raise a ticket with Pega GCS.

But, There is no 8.7.6 patch on my MSP. (there are 8.8.4 and 3 patch only)

I will raise a ticket with Pega GSC.

Yes, it is recommended to always upgrade to the highest version so I guess its by design you’re not able to see it in MSP.

Issue primary reason description:

Q1. Client wanted to download 8.7.6, the latest patch for 8.7, but they couldn’t find it from My Pega

A: Provided steps to download the software from the my.pega.com. See the My Pega FAQ pages

Q2. Client needed the hotfix that addresses issues in the Pega 8.7.4 Patch Resolved Issues INC-212433,724510,Clarified SLA calendar errormessage.

A: The issue is addressed in the latest patch release. This is not available as a hotfix but as a platform fix, it will be available from Pega platform version 8.7.4 or later. (Platform Patch Release Information)

Q3. Client wanted to know if there is a way to upgrade Pega platform from 8.7.2 to 8.7.6 without affecting commercial operations.
