Pega Platform 8.8.4 patch release availability

On Monday, 6th November 2023, I managed to request and download Pega Platform version 8.8.4. However, since then this is no longer available via My Pega → Software Downloads. For Pega Platform 8.8, highest patch version showing up is 8.8.3.

Does anyone know what happened here? Has Pega platform 8.8.4 been pulled from downloads for any critical issue?

We are currently in the process of upgrading to latest of Pega 8.8 and need to make a decision whether to go with patch version 8.8.3 or 8.8.4 as upgrade cycle through our large number of lifecycles means we need to start ASAP to hold the early December 2023 dates before Christmas freeze.

@Asit.Ghosh According to the Patch Calendar :

8.8.4 (Targeted for release between Nov 9th and Nov 16th)

Should be available soon, within the next week or so

I must have read the patch calendar wrong - Pega platform (in the top table) says October 2023.

My understanding is that the bottom table is for Pega CRM / Sales Automation / Call etc.

Good to know that it will be released (again) soon!

@Asit.Ghosh Actually you have it correct. I saw the dates listed, and it matched what I believed to be the dates for 8.8.4.

Now these Pega CRM / Sales Automation /Call etc. dates have been pushed back a little bit.

But I believe that 8.8.4 should be available now for you at My Pega → Software Downloads
