Pega Academy Challenge error: App Studio white screen: "static content service is configured but not reachable"

Hi there,

I just started using Pega App Studio and when doing a few modules Challenges in Pega Academy, I realized with another co-worker that there is a glitch/issue with Pega App Studio. When I navigate through Case types > Service Request > click on any field in the first or second stage > Configure view, I come across a blank page when I click on configure view.

I don’t know why this happens and I don’t know if this is an issue you are currently trying to resolve but I thought I should let you know.

Do the below steps make any difference?

  • Open Chrome Developer Console
  • Go to Application Tab
  • Clear Cache Data, Local DB, Cookies, Sessions, LocalStorage
  • Reload webpage

@MarijeSchillern This is the error I keep getting. A cache reset did not work. Furthermore, I am unable to run any process, as all I see, is another blank screen.

@MarijeSchillern I faced a similar issue, the VPN was the root cause. Disconnected VPN, restarted my instance (very imp to restart). The issue got resolved
