I am geting prompt while adding Configure View . need support.
(Assuming you are developing a Pega Constellation based app, and NOT Theme-Cosmos based app.)
That error message means - Your Pega instance has Constellation Service URL set correctly (in DSS), but URL is not reachable from your desktop system (not same as Pega Server) for some reason. Normally, it indicates a Firewall issue or some other network issue.

If this issue was with a Pega Academy challenge or mission exercise, we did have a temporary issue with configuring views. However, the issue is resolved so let me know if you are still facing the same.
