Static content service is configured but not reachable error in Pega 8.8 VM

Getting below error message when trying to create a view in App studio,

"Your static content service is configured but currenlty not reachable. Please contact System administrator."DSS configured as below,

ConstellationPegaStaticURL : https://release.constellation.pega.io
ConstellationMessageSvcHostPath : staging2.constellation.pega.io/c11n-messaging
ConstellationSvcURL : https://community.constellation.pega.io/c11n-appstatic

Kindly provide your suggestions.

NOTE: I am using my personal laptop where I have Pega 8.8 VM.

@ACCENRAJSEKHAR It could be also caused by content security policy selected in the application rule. If secured you need to whitelist static content server endpoints in the CSP.
