Notification Gadget is not available in Pega Customer Service framework in Pega 8.7

There is no bell indicator or notification gadget for receiving system notifications in the Pega Customer Service 8.7 Interaction site.

This is supported in Pega Case worker yet unavailable in the Pega Customer Service framework’s Interaction Portal.

Is the notification web gadget in Pega Customer Service for Interaction Portal subject to any restrictions?

You can add the notification icon by embedding the section , pyDesktopNotificationGadget to the interaction header (there will be a extension rule which can be customised) .
