Not receiving pulse messages from PEGA MSP

Is there any ongoing issue with PEGA MSP where after the recent MAY changes email notifications are no longer sent via email when there is a new pulse note added on the INC or when it gets created etc.?

I have all the notifications enabled in MSP.

There should not be any changes to the notifications via email. Could you email us at [email protected] with your specific MSP login/account details and we will take a look to fix this.
