I have recently submitted the PegaSR#INC-B33836 but I havent received email acknowledgment/notification for conversations. Kindly assist.

If your email ID is added in MSP, then it should automatically be added in primary contact. Or it has to be added manually in the additional contact multiselect from the available list, no manual entry is allowed. If that is ok then the email has triggered but somehow your organization might be blocking it. Please login back to MSP and see if your name is added in any of the contracts against the ticket.

@SohamM95, Please find the attached screenshot, it shows my email ID has been added to MSP.
However, still I’m not getting any email notifications.

I do not see any screenshots attached, but if that is the case then your organization’s firewall might be blocking it. Please connect with your security team to see if they’re quarantining emails from Pega domains.

@RiazA603 Your ticket INC-B33836 (App failing to upgrade from Pega 7.4 to Pega 8.8.4) was closed August 21 with your confirmation that the issue was resolved.
