pulse/space private posts are not being sent to user's email id

In spaces when user tags a person in private post then user does not get email notification but able to receive notification on bell icon.

I have gone through below link and verified that the pulseNotifications email account is configured and tested connectivity as well. still email notifications are not working. Please do suggests me if any one of you have faced similar kind of issue and solution for the same

When checked the logs it was showing error related to email client and smtp not exist.

Issue got resolved, Email account is taken from “CRMPulseNotifications” not from “PulseNotifications”.
