I have a requirement to refresh the left pane of an Interaction case when a Service case is instantiated from it. This is needed to ensure that a conditionally visible tab in the Interaction case’s left pane is displayed immediately after the Service case is created. Do you have any suggestions on how I can achieve this refresh behavior? or Is there any option to manual refresh the left pane while working on a case? I tried using a local action, but I could not find a way to refresh the left pane. The only alternative ways I found to refresh the case are refreshing the browser or closing and reopening the case.
