I’m trying to leverage the CTI capabilities, but Pega Call service is not available in the Community Edition. According to the site, the Customer Service Trial is being upgraded, so it is currently unavailable. What are the best options available now to try Pega Call apart from the Enterprise Edition?
If your organization has acquired license then only you can leverage CS. Otherwise its not accessible in the community edition.
