My PEGA Community Edition Trial Instance is not working.
You you should be able to register for the Trial edition from here. As stated:
"To confirm your account, please provide a business email and current phone number. Trial set-up requires your accurate contact information."

Access to My Software is limited to users who have the ability to create support requests in My Support Portal. Can you confirm that you have this access already?
The latest Pega Platform™ Personal Edition is available to all clients and partners. If you are registered on Pega Community with a service provider e-mail domain (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.), you will not have access to Personal Edition, or licensed software.
Your profile here shows you are logged against ‘ognizant’ - please check that your email is not registered as “gmail.com”. Please update your account to use your company email address.
Please log into your My Pega profile and edit to remove any invalid email from profile so that you can determine you are registered as per your Support contact administrator details.
