@RaviR7694 as AkshitReddyT informed you you should be able to register for the Trial edition from here. Also see details in the Community Edition FAQ:

Access to My Software is limited to users who have the ability to create support requests in My Support Portal. Can you confirm that you have this access already?

The latest Pega Platform™ Personal Edition is available to all clients and partners. If you are registered on Pega Community with a service provider e-mail domain (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.), you will not have access to Personal Edition, or licensed software.

Your profile here shows you are logged against ‘Cognizant’ yet we also see that the email for registered for your name is “gmail.com”. Please update your account to use your company email address.

Please log into your My Pega profile and edit to remove any invalid email from profile so that you can determine you are registered as per your Support contact administrator details.
