I need to explore a possible integration of Pega Call with Cisco Cloud CC (WxCC) using custom embedded UI CTI links.
My understanding is that I need a Pega Customer Service trial, as the Platform Trial does not provide PegaCall in the Rule-File-Bundle list.
I tried to create a Pega Customer Service trial but I receive an error. This is pretty urgent.
Is it possible to have access to a Pega Customer Service trial?
