Modal dialog does not open at the centre of the screen for remote cases in constellation

In constellation, for remote cases , the modal window does not open at the centre of the screen and user has to scroll up to use the popup.

Came across a similar issue Modal dialog displays at bottom of screen after Pega 24.2.4 Update | Support Center , as part of which added the local change - Javascript snippet provided in UserWorkForm, but it did not resolve the issue.

The application version is 25.1.3.
Is there any other way this can be achieved?

I’ve experienced a similar issue ONLY when you the screen/view content is lengthy. If you’re trying to launch the modal dialog at the bottom of the screen, then you may have to scroll up to see the modal dialog.

yes that is exactly what is happening. For lengthy view , we have to scroll up to see the modal dialog.

I’m thinking to create an INC to work with Product SMEs.

I hadn’t heard of this one. Given that was a 24.2.4 issue, and @SoumitaG is on '25, yes, I would be raising an INC for an official fix to it.
