On confirming my work, at the Select Service Provider step, I get the error “Create Child Case: The class of the child work object”
I’ve attempted this challenge on two separate cases with different Pega instances, but get the same issue. I’ve followed the steps to a T, so I don’t know how to fix this.

@CharisseM - Can you attach a screenshot of your casetype configuration? I think you have added the smart shape to create a case but have not selected all the required parameters.

@CharisseM It seems to me there may have been a bug. I eventually chose a different service provider from the list (instead of the first one) and it then worked. Weird.
