Child case not showing under Case Types V24.2

Hi,

Reference - “Creating a child Case for BAs” in version 24.2 | GoGoRoad application

I have created a Child case from the Assistance Request (parent) case type called Service case type (child). But it doesn’t show up automatically in App Studio > Case Types. Moreover, the PEGA academy training doesn’t mention how to add it.

I tried adding it via ‘Create Case Type’ and added Service, however it doesnt show the steps mentioned in the course within the new Service Case Type. Please help how I can view it in App Studio > Case Types.

I wasn’t working even after logging out and back in multiple times 2 days ago.

But I can see it now
