Child Case Is Not Showing In Create Menu Of User Portal

Hi All,

In user portal I am not getting option to create child case manually. Check attached screen shot. I want to create child separately.

Hi @AbhishekC1725,

If you want to visible a Child case on the crate menu, you need add the child class name into the application definition rule form under Cases and Data tab, please add your Child Case type under Cases and Data tab Name, Work ID prefix , Implementation class.
