I am working on Low Code Extender on the Create Child Case Challenge. I am attempting to advance the case to the resolution stage, and I am getting an error message when I get to the service stage. Please see attached.
I am unable to move forward with the challenge. Can you provide assistance on what to do?

Team, When I was completed this challenge I didn’t face this issue.
Even After Reset Pega Instance of Creating a child case and try to open again, Still we are facing the same issue in Creating a child case challenge.
Please @Pega Academy Help on this issue.

@CarlaP343 Hi Carla, I see this issue now and then in the support channel, and it is caused by the changes when adding the Create Case step not being saved.
I logged onto your Pega instance and saved the Assistance Request case type. Then, I created an assistance request case and got the list of service providers as expected, and the Service Request case was created.
You should be good to go.

Thank you so much for your assistance. However, I am still having the same issue. Still not getting a list of service providers. Still getting the same error message as before.
@CarlaP343 Hi Carla, I see you terminated the Pega instance you were using. Were you able to successfully create a child Service case?
Hi Eddie, I have attempted to create a child service case, and I am still getting the same error message. I am not able to select a service provider. I have even tried resetting the case a couple of times. Do you have any other suggestions on how to get past this?
