I am working on Low Code Extender on the Create Child Case Challenge. I am attempting to advance the case to the resolution stage, and I am getting an error message when I get to the service provider stage when I try to select a service provider. Error message states “Create Child Case: The class of the child work object is not specified”.
I am unable to move forward with the challenge. Can you provide assistance on what to do?
Hi @CarlaP343: Looks like some config issue. Can you try to follow options mentioned in pxAddChildWork: The class of the child work object is not specified | Support Center and check if the problem is resolved?
Make sure that the case type explorer is showing cases as per hierarchy. Validate the configuration on the create case step. You should see it as create child cases radio button selected.
