Library PZCONTROL (Pega-UIEngine) rule not found

OOTB Library rule PZCONTROL (Pega-UIEngine) does not exist in client application.

Similarly, BIX and WORKUTILITIES.

Is this an expected behaviour?

There is no adverse effect observed due to this.

Is there a way to reinstate these OOTB Library rules?

Dear @MarijeSchillern I understand the guidance on CADs and this is not a Security Vulnerability question. For your peace of mind, I have removed the reference to hotfix used to point out existence of a library rule (missing) as mentioned in my question. As I have not received any solution, this has been re-opened.

@MarissaRogers hey, how you doing. Marissa, thanks for sharing the help article on Library rules. But I am after some of these ootb rules missing on the client application. I can wait until a SME is available to discuss on the possibility of reinstating them.

@pratik Its availalbe in platform 8.8.3 also. Since this rule is pzrule set your operator profile preference to have have Enable diagnostic features save and logout. Then you will be able to search this library in the search bar.
