How to Lock And Unlock Data instance rule in Pega?

Hi !!

In production environment, all the Library rule are locked.

Records—>Technical---->Library

  1. How we we can lock these data rules in pega?

  2. How we can unlock them?

@AbhishekC1725: If there are no unlocked versions for the ruleset, then the library will be shown as locked. Please check. In Production, it is expected to be locked because all versions of a ruleset is expected to be locked in PROD.
