We have 2 flows both in locked ruleset and we want to change 1 assignment on one of the flows,is it possible to make changes on a locked rule in pega? As flows cant be delegated also so is there any way?
You can make the desired flow change either in the production ruleset or as a branch.
Then move the prod ruleset / branch to higher environments.

To make changes to the locked ruleset version, either you need to save as to higher version or save as to branch. If it is in production then prod ruleset is an option or if it is a temporary then branch is an option. Thanks

Pega is not suggest making the changes in the locked ruleset, but we have an option to achieve this, by using create a branch/ Save as the rule into higher version and make the changes or save as the rule into Production ruleset and make changes and this will move to higher environments.

Its always desirable to save the rule into a branch, make you changes and then either merge back to save ruleset or in a higher ruleset.
You cannot do any changes to the locked ruleset. you need to save as into branch and do the required changes and then merge to your ruleset.
