I am using Pega 8.7.0 version. I am not able to create new application. Because New Application option is disabled.
Showing message “Application Creation is disabled as the current operator is in invalid state”
Anyone can help me.
Hi @AbhishekC1725: Can you try to open your operator id and save it. If there are any issues during save, resolve and save it. Post this, try to create a application.

This seems to be a known issue and resolved in 8.5.6.

@AbhishekC1725 as correctly indicated by @ArulDevan there was a known issue in previous versions but this should not be occuring in 8.7 where they fixed the bug by using non-stale operator ID
This was traced to edits made to the Operator page which caused the new app wizard to not be shown due to failed validation. To resolve this, an update has been added which will refresh the operator page on click of the menu so the New Application wizard is disabled or enabled correctly.
Please carry out the steps suggested and let us know if that resolves the problem.
