i installed pega personal edition 8.7.0 and then i import my previous file.
now i need make operator id.
then i go dev studio => operator id window => create.
then i add (Operator ID short description) and (Operator ID).
and then i click create and open.
but not open(load) Edit Operator ID: window. it only white canvas.
then i can’t edit my access group, password and Organizational unit.
please help me what to do?
@sahanc38 I have installed Pega 8.7 personal edition and able to create operator ids without any problem. Please try again after server restart.
@sahanc38 can you try to create the any other rule if facing the same issue or please re-start the instance and try again.
@sahanc38 Can you try to shutdown the server and restart the pega server.
if the issue not resolved, with restart of pega server. Open the file path where pega installed—>Tomcat —> Kafka data
Remove Kafka-data and again start pega server.
