Issue configuring Action Limit in NBA designer 8.6

Hi All,

I was trying to apply action limits per channel and was following the below scenarios to execute as the given pega doc. When i am trying to configure a Action level limit based on the below scenario. I see i cannot input action context in the configuration form. It doesnt appear but when i export the rule i can see the action context column. I can add the action context in the excel file and import the same to DDR. But is this correct to only provide the action context via excel file import. Why pega not providing the option to insert the action context in the configuration page or is this a bug or any configuration change need to be done to get this field populated. In the forms tab i could see the Action context attribute all ready added. I have shared the details with screen shot kindly suggest

As a user, I want to limit the number of actions returned to the top 1 per Subscriber (primary context) per action context for the CallCenter channel

Hi @GopalP25, This is currently the expected behavior for the ActionLimit and FinalActionLimit DDRs. You will need to export, update and import the action limit rows. We are planning to add a proper UI for configuring these limits within NBA Designer in the next release.
