CDH Outbound Action Limits

Hi Team,

I have a requirement where by if a customer has multiple accounts eligible for the same action on the same day we only want to send 1 email to the highest scoring account (priority) per customer, however we need to build these actions at an account level and I am finding that and email per eligible account is being sent ootb.

Is there a way to set up the Action Limits to enable this requirement? or will i need to do a dedupe in the framework somewhere?

My interpretation of Action limits based on the link below was that I could set the combined limits to True and set the action limit to 1 and that would limit a customer to receiving 1 email com regardless of whether how many eligible actions there are at multiple contexts?

Hi, this can be closed. the behaviour was not expected and required hotfix HFIX-B789 to resolve this
