I want to set up a limit at a customer level in order to send 3 emails per week however in CDH I can see only “Outbound Limits” or " Email" limits. Is this section the equivalent of "Customer Contact Limits " from Pega Academy or does the outbound limits represent the entire constraint across the entire email channel for all customer base?
@SilviuS5 , yes in 8.7, customer contact limits have been re-labeled to Outbound limits and the functionality improved to support multi-channel and multi-period support. There have been some technical under the hood improvements here as well. Previously this functionality used a contact policy shape in the strategy framework. This is now using IH summaries and improved strategy framework logic.
@SilviuS5 , the 8.7 challenge did reflect the latest labels and screen shots. There was some publishing issue at the topic level and the changes did not reflect. The topic is now updated and you should be able to see the latest screen shot with right labels. Thanks for brining this to our notice!
