I am working through though Pega training on the “Low Code App Builder” mission but seem to have lost my work.
Before I start to build up the exercises agin I want to be sure my work won’t get lost. How can I back up the configuration worki being done? Ideally I would like to transfer the work onto another instance. Can you advise how this can be done?

Configure–> Application–>Distribution–> Export
In that screen select Export Application option then selection your application and click download.
After your next login you can check whether your application is present or not. If it is not, then importing the downloaded application and continue the training.
