For taking a backup from Pega Community edition we can a RAP but while reimporting it if we re-launch the Community edition we will get an option to rebuild from a blueprint,so how will we reimport the RAP file?
Try this, From Dev Studio: Configure → Application → Distribution → Import
point to your RAP file here and import

To Import the Product file into the pega, you need click on the right side of the your name, it show Switch Portal, then you can switch Dev Studio, then
In the header of Dev Studio, click Configure > Application > Distribution > Import
