Hi @Durga Vandharani
I have tried to import multiple blueprints in Pega Cloud edition but I never got this issue. Can you try it once it might be a pertinent issue.

This usually happens when the import job in Pega gets stuck due to a background process issue or a corrupted file. First, check if the blueprint file you downloaded is valid and not damaged by re-downloading it from the GenAI Blueprint tool. In Pega Community Edition, go to the application import section and see if the job is still running in the background. If it’s stuck for hours, cancel or delete the import job from the queue. You can then clear the browser cache, log out, and log back in to ensure it’s not just a UI refresh problem. If that doesn’t work, try importing the blueprint in a fresh Pega Community Edition instance, as sometimes the existing environment has pending jobs that block new imports. Also, ensure the file size is within the allowed limit and matches the version compatibility for your Pega instance. If the blueprint was generated in a newer version than your CE environment, it may not process correctly. As a last step, check Pega’s System > Operations > Background Processing to see if the import requestor session is hung; if yes, terminate it and re-import. If nothing works, raise a ticket with Pega Support for them to reset the environment, since in CE you don’t have full server access to manually clear the import state.
