Blueprint file import blockage while creating a new application

Hello All,

During creation of a new application case type from blueprint, I encountered this error under step Preparing views -case lifecycle. where couldn’t be able to find out the exact point of error.

tried importing in the latest version 0.2.16 its the same error.

Hi @ShivaKumarS17124246 ,

Try updated latest blueprint module, then power off

Login and import for me working fine 0.2.16 and 0.2.17

I’m facing the same exact issue with the blueprint module 0.2.17 on 25.1.2 Platform version. I’ll keep you posted once I find a solution.

Please get the latest one and Restart your instance. Restarting could be key here in get rid of this issue.

We’re able to import the blueprint for now without any data objects in 25.1.2 version. The blueprint import works in 25.1.3 with the data objects.

Observation: You’re running 0.2.13 version, Can you please upgrade the blueprint module and restart the instance and try again.

So in my 25.1.2 version I updated the version and restarted the Pega cloud environment, still it’s the same. Does it work without the data objects?

Yes, that’s correct! It works fine in 25.1.3 including all data objects. If you can upgrade to 25.1.3, then you should be able to import with all data objects.
