When I upload blueprint getting below error. Kindly advise to resolve this

have you downloaded latest .blueprint file before importing or this .blueprint was downloaded a while ago. I recommend that you download .blueprint file just before you import in the environment.
Also - is this first import or you are extending existing application? and if latter, was the same blueprint used initially ?
Latest blue print it is . this is my first import in community edition

did you happen to install the import module recently? post which have you restarted the CE ?
this is latest blueprint, which i generated and uploaded. but issue is remains same.
