Unable to download the export translation pack in Pega trial application

Hi All,

I am trying to translate the application into Welsh language in MyPegaTrial application cloud instance. I am unable to export translation excel as its failing at 83% because of this i can only see a few fields translated in the application.

Could someone please assist on how to proceed further.
