I have switched my company and the previous organizations email id is not valid now, I have to setup a new account using my new organizations credentials, but I have no record of my past certifications,can someone please help here?
You can login with primary email id that’s personal email to get the existing certificate visible. Once login is complete again keep new organization as Primary email ID!
There is one more option available i.e Pega account merge
