I am unable to see the results on UI,eventhough they are present on tracer.

I have a simple requirement to search the list of open,in progress or resolved cases by search criteria(By selecting the cases status from the dropdown).However I am unable to view the Resolved cases but when traced the results are available on the tracer.

Please check whether the values are available in the clipboard.

If they are available then,

  1. Go to Actions, After executing the Data Transform.

  2. Add an action, Refresh this section, If the section that needs to be populated is in the current section.
    or Use Refresh-Other Section, and give the section name.

If you still face the issue,

Please ensure that values should be in the clipboard.
If they are present then follow the above steps.
