Hi Guys,

In header of my application i used to search for all cases pySearchText property .

I added All OOTB activity like pyWorkIDSearch-activity, pyPopulateDiscoverableParams-DT,pyPopulateSearchString-DT,Localaction-pyWorkSearch.

I am getting only old values not new values it’s means 10days values i can search it’s getting blank.

I am attaching the screen shot of what i used for that text area.

Mentioned above activity and DT i used. Please help me on that.

Hi @kirti: I hope you are using the OOTB search option. If yes, can you please check the search index status. You can get details from here.

I can check search option. Rules-, Data-, and Work- status is available.

I am able to search the old data last 10days data. New data not coming. This is pega error or it’s my error i am not able to find out.

Hi @kirti: Hope you are searching a case which you have created. Can you check if the stream node is Normal? Also check from search landing page if the counts are increasing for “pyFTSIncrementalIndexer” in Queue information section.

You can also try to do a re-indexing.

Actually, I am not doing reindex, i am doing restart the server. Now i got all cases.
