can anyone help me on the issue? i was not being able to get results on click of the search icon in the case manager portal
The issue happens when the search index for cases is not built or is out of sync in the system.
Go to the system search configuration and verify that case data is included in the search index definition.
Trigger a full reindex so all existing cases are added to the search engine properly.
Also ensure the search service is running without any errors in the background.
After reindexing is completed, refresh the Case Manager portal and try the search again.
