In Insights Explore data button, Case types are not showing up. only pega OOTB options only showing. Do we need to enable any option to show the case types?
I had a similar issue in 24.1. I had to log off and log in to populate the Case types and Data pages in the App Studio → Explore Data.
can you check if the following criteria is satisfied for the case type you want to see under explore data.
- The default list data page for a given class doesn’t have any parameters
- The default list data page has exactly one Data Source that is a report definition
